Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of order delivery.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you, covering all shipping charges.

If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will need to self-ship the product. In such cases, shipping charges up to Rs. 100 are fully refundable if the product received was incorrect or defective.

Refund Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A coupon code equivalent to your order value will be sent to your registered email or contact number within 48 hours of receiving the returned product at our warehouse, after a successful quality check.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 2 working days after the returned product passes the quality check at our warehouse. The refunded amount will be credited via the original payment method.
Refunds for Coupon-Based Orders: If a prepaid order was placed using a Refund Coupon, the refund will be processed as follows:
The coupon value will be refunded through a new coupon code.
Any remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment mode.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement via the WhatsApp Button on the bottom right corner of our website.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if the product is incorrect or damaged, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
