Return Policy
  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of order delivery.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you, covering all shipping charges.
  • Important: Before shipping the package or handing it over to our courier partner, it is mandatory to take a photo or video of the product.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will need to self-ship the product. In such cases, shipping charges up to Rs. 100 are fully refundable if the product received was incorrect or defective.

  • Please pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit. The product must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Recommended Shipping Method: We advise using Speed Post for returns, as it is a government-owned, reliable, and widely available postal service.

Refund Policy
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A coupon code equivalent to your order value will be sent to your registered email or contact number within 48 hours of receiving the returned product at our warehouse, after a successful quality check.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 2 working days after the returned product passes the quality check at our warehouse. The refunded amount will be credited via the original payment method.
  • Refunds for Coupon-Based Orders: If a prepaid order was placed using a Refund Coupon, the refund will be processed as follows:
    • The coupon value will be refunded through a new coupon code.
    • Any remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment mode.

Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement via the WhatsApp Button on the bottom right corner of our website.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if the product is incorrect or damaged, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers should check the size guide before placing an order.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen resolution.
  • Please provide a WhatsApp-registered number for real-time order updates and a better shopping experience.
  • If you receive a damaged parcel, wrong product, or an empty package, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery. For added security, we recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel.
